For a long while known as Ericsson Stadium, Mt Smart now has it's original name back.  Mt Smart has been the home of Athletics Auckland for many years, and was the site of the first all-weather track in Auckland.  The current set-up is a full competition facility, which can cater for everything from a primary school sports day up to Oceania Championships.

As a training venue, the track is open all reasonable hours when there are no prior bookings.  This list is kept as up to date, but if the facility is being used this may either prevent you from using it, or mean that you can only make use of part of it.  Please always be courteous to other users.  There is no charge for casual usage of the track for individuals, but groups would need to contact the AAI Office if they wish to use it.
