9th August 2010 - Thanks to Phoenix for their honesty in declaring a late team change that affected the placings in the girls grade.

RACE INFORMATION

START:    12:00pm   

VENUE:           Hunter Terrace, Beckenham, Christchurch

COURSE:         Runs on the same course used by the Riverside Relay. 2.5km lap. 
Start/Finish opposite the Cashmere Club in Hunter Terrace. COURSE MAP

TEAM:            

Teams of four runners for this four-lap race can be made up of all male, 

                       female or a combination of both. Clubs may enter more than one team.

ENTRIES:        Entries close with Race Secretary at 7.00pm on Monday 19th July 2010
                       Entry fee $6.00 per team

ENTRY NOTES:
1. Open to all registered runners for the 2010 Cross-Country season aged 15 and under as at 31st December 2010
2. All Competitors must wear club uniform. Team numbers must worn on the front of singlets
3. Entry should include Team Manager, emergencies list where possible and give an estimated lap time for each
runner as well as their name and registration number. Also state Christain name and gender.
4. Team entries must be submitted in running order.
5. The Referee must be informed in writing of any team changes at least 30 minutes before race commences.
Emergencies should replace defecting runners rather than rearranging teams.
6. Each team will start on handicap time with the slowest team first.
7. Runners will "Touch Hands", within the baton change area.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have enough runners to make a team, or have extra runners, let the organisers know
                        and we will match you up. We will accept club composite teams. Our aim is to have the children running
and enjoying themselves
