Course_Map (2.5km per lap)

Senior Men, Masters Men, Mixed Teams:
          5 runners x 5km (2 laps of 2.5 km per runner)
Senior Women, Masters Women Teams:
          4 runners x 5km (2 laps of 2.5km per runner)

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

1st, 2nd and 3rd teams to finish on handicap 1st Masters team (Men or Women) to finish Fastest Teams (Male grades; Female grades) Fastest individual lap (Men, Women, Masters Men, Masters Women)

Trophies will be awarded to  (and held for one year) for:

First Team to finish on handicap The fastest Team The Best Performance (not necessarily the fastest time) by any Masters Runner ( The Jim Le Grice Trophy)

This Relay is open to Registered runners only

ENTRY FEE: $40 per 5 person Team and $32 per 4 person team are payable with entries
